For absolute privacy use anonymous email in conjunction with TOR.

Amnesty Box will be adding Re-Mailer functionality. This will add yet another layer of protection for your users. The premise is simple; you will enter your message at www.AmnestyBox.com, which will forward your message to a secure server. That secure server will strip all of Amnesty Box's information and add theirs. They then forward your email to the intended recipient. We believe that sending anonymous emails is very important. We will continue to add features to improve the user experience.
